Uploading and Displaying Video

One of easiest ways to add video to your site is by using one of the most popular sites in the world: http://YouTube.com.

But if you want to embed your own uploaded video, that's possible too. Just make sure the video is in .mov, .wmv, or .swf format and under 100mb in size and you can upload it to your File Bank. See this page for conversion tips! Converting Your Video Into a Web Format
Uploading Your Video to the File Bank
The File Bank is found after selecting Website from within the Wizard.
In the File Bank click Browse to locate the file on your computer, name the file and click Upload.
Make sure the file ends in .mpg, .mov, .swf, or .wma or it won't work
Once it has uploaded you can move on to the next step.
Adding Your Video To A Page On Your Site
Once you have the video uploaded, we'll go to the Homepage Layout screen. Make sure the Toggle Edito is toggled "on" and we'll click on the little icon that looks like a film strip.
This will pop open another window, this time asking you to choose what file format your video is in, and to select it from the file dropdown.
Once you've selected the file, click Insert, and it will drop you back down into your Homepage Layout section again with a general preview. The Wizard writes all the embed code for you, so you don't have to worry about it. :)
Video can take a while to load, so don't assume that the administrative preview will show you what it really looks like. But you can click the Preview button at the top of your page to see what the video looks like on your live site. :)
