Update Credit Card -- without processing payment

The Problem: You want to update your credit card before your next payment is due, but you don't have a balance owing.

The Solution:

Log in at https://secure.hostbaby.com/members/ Put in your domain name, username and password then log in:

Once logged in, if you already have a credit card on file, you will see something similar to the following:

The "Make a new payment" option might sound disconcerting, but you can process a zero dollar payment to update your credit card. So, click on "Make a new payment."

The following screen will show you the last 4 digits of your existing card and its expiration date. If either are incorrect, choose "No! Not this card!" and you will be forwarded to the next screen where you can update your credit card information.

Make your updates, and 'click to confirm'

This will forward you back to the Make a Payment page, but your card will have been updated for all future payments!
