Preview & Publish

You can change, preview, and publish your site as many times as you like, whenever you like.

Previewing

There are two ways to preview your site:

  • Page preview
  • Pre-publish preview

Page Preview

In the upper left-hand corner of the Wizard, you'll see the "Preview" button. We recomend you choose a template before useing this option so your content doesn't look funny.

The Page Preview will show you a preview of whatever page you happen to be working on.

Pre-Publish Preview

If you've made multiple updates and are ready to publish, you'll have one last chance to preview your changes after hitting the publish button.

THitting 'Publish' will bring you to the Preview and Publish page.

Choose option #2 to 'Look at a private preview' of your site.

This will pop open a new window with a preview of what your live site will look like when you hit the Publish button:

Once you're satisfied, close that window and you'll see the Publish screen again.
Click on option #3 to Put it on the Web!

From there, you'll be presented with a final link to check out your site, now that it's happily online

And that's it! You've published your site!

Any time you make changes to your site, you will need to re-publish. Don't forget that part! It's very important!
