I can't log in to my Wizard account
To log in to the new Wizard, simply log in at
-
http://yourdomain.com/hostbaby2/(replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
Your existing username and password will apply.
If it says the username and password are not correct or you do not have your username and password, choose the 'email it to you?' option
I can't log into my Site Builder Dashboard
To log in to the new Host Baby Site Builder, simply log in at

http://yourdomain.com/dashboard/(replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
Your existing username and password will apply.
I can't log into my 'Developer' hosting account
To log into your developer hosting control panel go to:

http://yourdomain.com/hostbaby/(replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
Your existing username and password will apply. To have your login info emailed to you, click on "Should I email it to you"
I can't log in into my billing account
Your billing account is located at http://hostbaby.com
Your existing username and password will apply.
If it does not work, click login anyway and you will see the option to have the log in information emailed to you directly.
I can't login to my HostBaby email account
You can login to any of the email accounts you have created by going to:

http://yourdomain.com/webmail/(replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain)
The username will be the prefix of your email address. (EX: the username for chris@hostbaby.com is "chris")
The password should be the same password as the one for your web admin unless you have changed it. If that default password does not work, follow These Instructions to change/reset your Email password.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to log into the new wizard, here are a few things to try:
I. Make sure you have the correct login name and password
Verify you can log into the old wizard (see above). If you can, you have the correct login and password. If not, click the Should we email it to you? link on the login screen to have it sent to you.
II. Copy and paste the username from the email we sent you. Correct capital and lowercase letters and other formatting is important. Sometimes copy and paste will solve your problem.
III. Check your computer's system date and time
If the system date is way off (e.g. 12 or more hours off), this can prevent you from logging into the wizard even if you have the correct login and password. Fix your date and time stamp so that it is close to the accurate time.

IV. Clear your browser cache and cookies
