If you have any questions/concerns about your bill, you can always see your entire billing history by logging into the Member's section at Hostbaby.com
There a couple of reasons your bill may be higher than expected.
- If you have your domain registered through us, it may have been recently renewed. We charge $11.99/year for domain registrations
- An automatic payment from a previous month didn't go through. If you don't update / pay for hosting when a charge failed to go through, the accrued balance carries over into the next month's bill.
