Is Domain Registration Included in the Hosting Fee?

Nope! Domain registration is $10/year if we register/renew your domain for you. This is not included in the standard hosting fee. We pay it out to our registrar on your behalf, and we keep your domain safely on auto-renew so that you don't miss an email while you're out on the road and let it expire.

If you don't want your domain to renew, you need to contact us at least ONE MONTH before its expiration date.

If you're not sure what your domain's expiration date is, you can email us and we'll let you know. :)

Important Note: We do not automatically become your registrar when you sign up for hosting. If you registered your domain somewhere else, then you will need to renew the domain with your existing registrar, or ask us to become your new registrar. Please don't assume we'll renew your domain for you without making sure that we're actually your registrar. This stuff can get a little confusing, but a simple email to us will clear things up. :) Just make sure you ask before your domain expires.
