How to change your Email Password

We get a few calls about this, but changing your Email password is a pretty darn easy task! Both Full account and Wizard account users can perform this task.

Site Builder users

  1. Log into your Dashboard: yourdomain.com/dashboard
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Email Settings
  4. From here, you'll be in the Email admin center
  5. Click on Manage Email Accounts
  6. Click on Modify User next to the Email address you want to change
  7. You'll notice two password fields available here, enter and confirm your new password
  8. Click on Modify User at the bottom
  9. Enjoy!


Wizard 2 users

  1. Log into your wizard: yourdomain.com/hostbaby2
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Email Settings
  4. From here, you'll be in the Email admin center
  5. Click on Manage Email Accounts
  6. Click on Modify User next to the Email address you want to change
  7. You'll notice two password fields available here, enter and confirm your new password
  8. Click on Modify User at the bottom
  9. Enjoy!


Full users

  1. Log into your control panel: yourdomain.com/hostbaby
  2. Click on Email Admin
  3. From here, you'll be in the Email admin center
  4. Click on Manage Email Accounts
  5. Click on Modify User next to the Email address you want to change

When I should change my password

  • Obviously if you forgot it!
  • If you notice Email settings changing without your knowledge
  • You may want to do this regularly just to keep it secure!
