A Favicon.ico is a tiny 16 x 16 pixel image that resides in your browser when you visit a site. For instance, if you visit http://www.theonion.com you will see their green onion logo next to the URL bar in your browser. That's a favicon.ico
So now you ask, "How can I be cool like the Onion and have my very own custom Favicon for my site?"
Well, my friends, the answer is easier than you think!
Simply upload your Favicon to your File Bank and it will auto-magically appear.
NOTE: Making a Favicon appear in a browser that has already viewed your site can be a little tricky. You will need clear your cache and restart your browser in order to see it. The best way to confirm it is there, is my going to:
http://yourdomain.com/favicon.ico. (replace yourdomain with your website name). If you see it at that URL, you're gravvy.
