Creating Email Filters

You can create Filters for your incoming email so they go to specific folders.

For Example: If you get an email newsletter from a club called Willy Wonka's, you could filter any messages that contain the words 'Willy Wonka' in the header so they go into a folder you've named 'business'

Here's how to do it:

In webmail:

1. Select Options
2. Select Message Filters

3. Select in the field you want the filter to check, such as To field, From Field, or Subject Line.
4. Enter in the word or words you want the filter to detect.
5. Select the Folder you want these messages to be moved to.
6. Hit Submit
